Diplomatic Liaison Officer

The Diplomatic Liaison Officer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with international universities and institutions. They will oversee the implementation and management of student exchange, study abroad, and transnational education programs.

  • The officer will also coordinate the drafting and execution of MOUs, agreements, and collaborative academic projects.
  • They will represent the institution at international events, education fairs, conferences, and partnership forums.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate international academic initiatives and mobility schemes is another key responsibility.
  • Additionally, they will support and contribute to international student recruitment and outreach efforts.
  • Lastly, they will ensure institutional compliance with international education policies, guidelines, and legal frameworks.

Necessary Skills:

  • A Master's degree in International Relations, Education, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Background in A Levels is preferred.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in international education or higher education administration.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required for this position.
  • Experience handling MOUs and managing global academic partnerships is highly desirable.
