You will lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure the delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a specific area.
How you will contributeYou will:
- Manage, develop, and motivate the team, working closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and targets, providing reports as required.
- Manage customer relationships to facilitate excellent execution of our categories.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability, and customer finance to optimize returns.
- Understand category insights and coach the team on using tools to engage customers and grow categories.

Education / Certifications: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
Job specific requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG Sales
Travel requirements: As per business needs
Work schedule: Full-time
