Project Control Officer - Operations

We seek a highly skilled Project Control Officer to oversee project execution across various departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to established methodologies. A proactive individual with strong leadership skills is required to monitor project performance, drive improvements in operational efficiency, and facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders. The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and maintaining project management standards and processes to ensure consistent execution across projects
  • Monitoring project performance metrics and providing reports to senior management on project status and outcomes
  • Facilitating project kickoff meetings and ongoing updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams
  • Identifying risks and issues in project execution and leading mitigation and resolution efforts
  • Collaborating with project managers to support the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Maintaining a centralized project tracking system to capture project documentation, schedules, and budgets
  • SUPPORTING training and development initiatives for project managers and team members on project management best practices
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience in a PMO environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
