We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Leadership professional to join our team as a Director of Cybersecurity Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the effective operation of our Security Operations Center (SOC).

In this role, you will oversee the implementation and management of critical security functions, develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the SOC, and lead the overhaul and modernization of the SIEM system. You will also provide leadership and direction to the SOC team, ensuring efficient and effective operation of security monitoring and incident response activities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat intelligence, incident response, and security orchestration. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the SOC
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms
  • Oversee the development and execution of incident response plans
  • Supervise SOC analysts and provide guidance, training, and mentorship

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Cyber Security, or equivalent
  • Masters in Cyber Security or Information Security preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduation experience in a reputable organization
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, including experience with SOAR, CTI, digital forensic lab management, and SIEM system
