Head of Cyber Security Operations

The Head of Cyber Security Operations will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's cybersecurity strategy, as well as managing and improving existing security processes and procedures. The role involves developing and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for the Security Operation Center (SOC) in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, including experience with SOAR, CTI, digital forensic lab management, and SIEM system. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of service operations and infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint systems, is also required.
The Head of Cyber Security Operations will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the SOC
- Leading the development and execution of incident response plans
- Providing guidance and direction to the SOC team
- Overseeing the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence
- Staying up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities
