Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to scale our clients' businesses using conversion marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for an individual with demonstrated success in various digital marketing roles, specializing in Google Ads. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across Search (SEM), Display, and Video, as well as owning monthly budgets and forecasts to ensure high ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing paid campaigns across Search (SEM), Display, and Video.
  • Owning monthly budgets and forecasts to ensure high ROI.
  • Conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, and generating reports measuring client KPIs.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns daily for tasks like negative keyword mining and bid adjustments.
  • Investigating and reporting campaign concerns, resolving platform issues, and acting as a resource for support and troubleshooting.
  • Creating monthly reports for internal reviews and client updates.
  • Managing communications with vendors and third parties to deliver projects.
  • Collaborating with the Account Management Team to ensure client success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable success in improving account performance for Google PPC campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in conversion marketing, preferably in e-commerce or real estate.
  • Experience managing large client budgets.
  • Familiarity with digital reporting, tagging, tracking, and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to optimize opportunities.
  • Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for design and ability to create ad concepts quickly using basic design thinking.
