Job Title:

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team. This role will be based in Islamabad and requires exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams within assigned areas.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales performance DSR Wise, Channel Wise, Town wise, building strong relationships with clients and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor activities.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for sales teams when required.

About the Role:

As a Sales and Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, analysing market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors, monitor sales performance, and develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and motivate sales teams within assigned areas.">
