Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associate to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive, and able to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers' needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Presentation of product features and benefits persuasively to generate interest and close sales.
  • Build rapport with customers and overcome objections to drive sales conversions.
  • Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Input customer information and sales data accurately into the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Ongoing training and development will be provided to stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar.
  • Proven experience in inbound sales, outbound sales, or customer service roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen actively, identify customer needs, and offer solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
