Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Sales Specialist to promote our products and services over the phone.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential customers, informing them about products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about products or services using provided scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
  • Handle customer grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree will be a plus.
