Job Description

As a Senior Product Engineer in our Wholesale business unit, you will be responsible for shaping our Liquidity proposition strategy and executing strategic initiatives that drive product strategy forward.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Partnering with global product leads to develop and implement Liquidity proposition strategies.
  • Leading the coordination of globally and regionally on liquidity incidents.
  • Creating innovative products and enhancements, generating new revenue streams.
  • Establishing global standards, ensuring proposition consistency, and implementing best practices.
  • Managing the product governance cycle, establishing processes and frameworks to effectively control risks.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including IT and Operations.
  • Supporting regional and local initiatives, contributing to achieving respective objectives and meeting organisational goals.
  • Developing comprehensive product collateral and maintaining a robust product library.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
