Role Overview

This role is responsible for collaborating with partners to customize solutions according to customer needs and working with senior staff to develop partner account plans for sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise selling principles and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with partners to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements.
  2. Work with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements.
  3. Conduct initial research on prospective partners and prepares proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential partner deals.
  4. Mentor junior team members, sharing insights and providing guidance to support their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
