Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting current and future business process flows.
Your primary objective will be to create clear, concise, and complete functional specifications and requirements documents. You will conduct thorough testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency in the system.
You will also be required to train user personnel in the use of the system, prepare and analyze data conversion requirements, and import new contacts into the CRM.
In addition, you will need to ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts. Regularly reporting on tracked revenue, conversion rate, and various other metrics to management is also a key responsibility.
You will be expected to create reports, forms, and other deliverables for projects and tickets. A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include conducting a complete salesforce internal audit and completing an in-depth analysis of salesforce CRM. This is a project-based job opportunity.
