Senior Finance / Accounts Executive

A senior finance professional is required to oversee the financial operations of our communities across various states in the USA.

The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in finance and accounts receivable, particularly in collection and Medicaid billing. Key responsibilities include monitoring timely payer responses, developing a system to streamline collections, and maintaining accurate records of all accounts.

We are seeking an individual who can establish relationships with assigned customers to facilitate business objectives, identify payment approval processes, and ensure prompt cash postings. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with month-end closing and adhere to established procedures for processing receipts and cash.

Key requirements include prior experience working with foreign clients, especially in the USA, and professional level proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of routine Operations calls with team members in the USA and collaborate to achieve client business objectives.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical as per company policy. The role involves working from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
