Job Title

Craft compelling ad campaigns that drive results. As a key player in the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative ad strategies to capture audiences.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of art and science—a skilled storyteller who can craft captivating narratives that resonate with diverse groups.

You will collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and media planners to bring your ideas to life and refine campaign performance across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop original ad concepts, scripts, and copy that align with our brand vision.
  2. Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  3. Work alongside designers and video editors to design engaging visuals and stories.
  4. Lead regular A/B tests of hooks, headlines, and CTAs to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  5. Maintain organized records of creative concepts and test results.
  6. Review ad performance with media planners to refine and scale successful creatives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, content creation, or marketing strategy.
  • Strong grasp of direct-response marketing principles and consumer psychology.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling headlines, ad copy, and scripts that engage audiences.
  • Experience working with media teams and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Excellent research, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of data-driven creative testing and performance marketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools like Copy .AI or Jasper.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
