We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Client Relations Coordinator. This position involves engaging with property owners and potential buyers via phone calls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely updates of property listings on our website.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing data.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Contacting property owners to collect and verify listing details (pricing, property specs, availability, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating the internal database with accurate property and client information.
- Uploading property listings, photos, and descriptions on the website.
- Following up with property owners to reconfirm availability and update listing details when necessary.
- Coordinating with the media team to schedule in-house shoots for properties requiring professional photography.
- Ensuring data integrity by cross-checking information before uploading.

Work Experience:
