About the Role

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Develop design solutions that meet users' needs by creating user-centered designs, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Implement elegant UX patterns across the entire product.
  • Build a deep understanding of users' goals and problems by researching and analyzing user feedback.
  • Create graphic UI elements, page navigation buttons, and search fields aligned with brand standards.
  • Design UI mockups and prototypes to clearly communicate how products work and what they look like.
  • Enhance user experience through original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Maintain consistency across the product by adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with expertise in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in multiple design tools.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
