Renewable Energy HR Professional

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to contribute to our greener future in renewable energy.

This is a key role in the organization, requiring the ability to develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

The successful candidate will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. The role involves managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Apart from developing and monitoring overall human resources strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, the HR Specialist will nurture a positive working environment, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, and maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Additionally, the HR Specialist will assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, report to management and provide decision support through human resources metrics, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have experience in human resources management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Additionally, the candidate must have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and planning skills.
