
Strategic Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Strategist to lead our social media presence and drive brand growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on reposting user-generated content that resonates with our target audience, sparks meaningful engagement, and builds brand loyalty.
- Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Serve as the first point of contact for influencers and affiliates, responsible for outreach, finding the right partners, managing collaboration requests, crafting personalized messages, and defining and tracking influencers & affiliate tiers.
- Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile, consistently liking, commenting, and thoughtfully interacting with relevant content.
- Content Planning and Calendar Management: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and upcoming campaigns, and manage scheduling, platform-specific adaptations, and consistent, high-quality posting.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and strategic copywriting skills, able to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts.
- Visual and editing proficiency in creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, proficient in Canva, and capable of producing visually cohesive content from scratch.
- Organizational and planning excellence, demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize UGC and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner.
