Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our e-commerce marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and roadmaps for our e-commerce platform.
  2. Collaborate with product development teams to create go-to-market strategies for each product.
  3. Design and maintain marketing databases for email, social channels, and display ad campaigns.
  4. Lead SEO and SEM initiatives with internal and external partners.
  5. Analyze marketing performance and prepare detailed reports.
  6. Work with stakeholders to create high-quality content, landing pages, and manage publication life-cycles.
  7. Manage AdWords and other paid advertising channels.
  8. Establish targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  9. Develop and test ad copy for optimal results.
  10. Enhance landing pages to increase signups and conversion rates.
  11. Implement campaigns to boost lead quality and stay competitive.
  12. Monitor web traffic and key metrics.
  13. Track KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure campaign success.
  14. Determine actionable insights from campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and results to team members.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive marketing roles, focusing on digital marketing activities like website management, blog posts, social media campaigns, analytics, and optimization.
  2. Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch.
  3. Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  4. Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to set up tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  5. Proficiency in working with data.
  6. Ability to identify target audiences and design engaging digital campaigns.
  7. Experience with Google AdWords and Photoshop.
  8. Background in managing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
  9. Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
  10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create impactful presentations.
  12. A degree in Marketing or Mass Communication is preferred but not required.
