About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our marketing experience by supporting our Marketing team in executing impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on daily tasks and long-term projects.
  • Create original, on-brand content for social media, including posts, reels, stories, and more.
  • Engage with our vibrant community to source and create compelling content.
  • Develop social media strategies for internal and external campaigns.
  • Research local and international trends to strengthen our digital presence.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders.
  • Manage interactions with our audience across our social platforms.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights on social media campaigns.

About You:

If you have the following skills and qualifications, we'd love to hear from you

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Grasp of basic marketing principles and a keen desire to grow in the field.
  • Proficient in design and editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
  • Familiar with CRM and social media management tools such as Later, HubSpot, or Buffer.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • A good understanding of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for collaboration and productivity.
  • Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Community-focused and passionate about creating meaningful, engaging experiences.
  • Creative, curious, and always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
