The position of HR Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the overall human resources management strategy. A key responsibility is to oversee all aspects of HR, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles within sales, marketing, and expansion teams, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  2. Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  3. Fostering a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives, driving employee satisfaction, and retention.
  4. Establishing and managing a clear hierarchy structure, contributing to organizational efficiency and streamlined operations.
  5. Overseeing performance management systems, including regular performance reviews, feedback processes, and developmental initiatives to enhance team productivity.
  6. Ensuring full compliance with local and international labor laws, managing grievances, and resolving conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
  7. Overseeing payroll processing, HR record maintenance, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  8. Providing guidance and HR support to management teams, helping drive overall business objectives through effective people management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR policy development, employee relations, and team hierarchy management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
