Job Title: Regional General Manager

The role of a Regional General Manager is pivotal in maximizing regional sales and revenue while emphasizing customer satisfaction.

This position requires an exceptional leader who can deliver regional business performance by overseeing the design, construction, and operation of local access networks.

Key responsibilities include proposing local access network plans, managing construction, operating and maintaining local networks, and ensuring timely resolution of fault complaints.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in network operations and management, a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management, and excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Network Operations:
  • Develop and propose local access network plans in conjunction with CTO and divisional heads.
  • Authorize and oversee the construction of access networks.
  • Maintain local networks by closely monitoring the performance of divisions.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Manage customer satisfaction levels in the region.
  • Ensure timely resolution of fault complaints.
  • Ensure that products are installed on time.
Sales Generation:
  • Retain and increase the subscriber base.
  • Enhance existing revenue streams and optimize additional revenue streams at the regional level.
Operational Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Control regional operations using SAP/CMS, integrated at HQ level.
  • Ensure the availability of resources for operations and maintenance.
Facilities Management:
  • Ensure the safety and security of all organizational installations under jurisdiction.
Activity Control:
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through cost-efficient controls.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Performance Management:
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

KPIs

  • Restore networks within stipulated time.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve PSTN gross and net sales targets.
  • Reduce registered faults within specified timeframe.
  • Reduce PSTN repeat fault percentage to predefined levels.
  • Provision quality service to customers.
