Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for lead generation, sales, and revenue enhancement.
  • Navigate the corporate structure to identify decision-makers and buyers.
  • Raise revenue, account share, and manage relevant issues.
  • Design and coordinate marketing campaigns (calls/lead identification) and present findings to Directors.
  • Manage the RFI/RFP process and vendor registration in close partnership with Account Managers.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets globally categorized via industry segments.
  • Collaborate and facilitate the pre and post-sales process by working closely with end customers, production, and finance to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • University graduate degree
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Business Development experience
  • Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed agreed objectives with strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is highly desirable
