Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our agile development team as a QA Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software through manual and automated testing.
About the Job:
Our team is responsible for developing high-quality software applications and systems. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in identifying and reporting bugs, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and issues
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and implement fixes
- Review and analyze requirement specifications to ensure understanding of project requirements
- Develop effective strategies and write test plans in collaboration with product owners
- Execute test cases and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or related field
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with developers and product owners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing preferred
