Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all employees are well taken care of and that the organization runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management: The incumbent will be responsible for recording, maintaining, and monitoring employee attendance to ensure punctuality.
  • Employee Settlements: Handling the full and final settlement of employees as per the organization's policies.
  • HR Policies Communication: Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to employees.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing and submitting relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with management.
  • HR Record Maintenance: Maintaining HR records related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
  • Training and Development: Training new or existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Salary and Benefits: Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
  • Grievance Resolution: Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
  • Employee Engagement: Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand motivation levels and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Min. bachelor's degree in HR (16 years of education).
  • Work Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
