This is a Sales and Business Development opportunity in E-Learning Providers, Business Consulting and Services, and Education Administration Programs.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, assessing their needs, and offering personalized solutions aligned with our services.

  • You will actively prospect new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining organized records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • B2C Sales or Client Onboarding role
  • Sales strategies refinement based on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback

About You:

  • At least 2 years of experience within B2C Sales or Client Onboarding role
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Google workspace
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to find creative solutions to problems
  • A strong networker & relationship builder
