About the Job

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be the front of our organization, responsible for creating and executing an effective sales strategy.

The focus will be on developing business sales for medical software, requiring strong research skills to identify new markets and customer needs.

The role involves arranging meetings with prospective clients, promoting our products/services, and providing exceptional after-sales support to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with both financial goals and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and understand customer requirements.
  3. Organize business meetings with potential clients to present our offerings.
  4. Promote our products/services by addressing or predicting client objectives.
  5. Provide trustworthy feedback and support services to clients.
  6. Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  7. Develop junior staff into valuable sales professionals.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience as a business development manager or sales executive with a background in logistics.
  2. Preference given to candidates with customer support experience.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software applications.
