Operational Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced operational data analyst to join our team. As an operational data analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers to implement process improvements and optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify and address areas of inefficiency and waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in operational data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems is a plus.
