Job Overview:

This is a night shift position with opportunities to work in the morning & evening shift based on changing business requirements. The role involves providing client support on our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations and driving product usage and revenue.

The Client Operations Team is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, working closely with various teams across functional areas (Sales, Technology, Content & Industry Research, etc). Members get to learn in-depth industry knowledge, produce research, and develop technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the face of the organization for clients, you will answer queries, advocate for clients, and showcase extensive knowledge of our tools, data, and industries covered.
  • Provide client support via phone, email, and other mediums.
  • Making suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality.
  • Partner with product teams for timely and thorough testing of our products, focusing on client experience.
  • Exercise independent judgment during UAT in developing test plans and evaluating testing results.
  • Collaborate with Senior Associates on projects to improve and develop subject matter expertise, including data pulls and editorial support.
  • Partner with clients to identify template opportunities and guide them through our template-building process.
  • Provide research & analysis support to Senior Associates.

Required Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Succinct communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong financial knowledge or knowledge of the global economy.
  • Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs.
