Key Responsibilities

This role involves driving growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and relationship management. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will conduct site tours and pitch workspace solutions to freelancers, startups, SMEs, and corporates, build and maintain long-term relationships with members and prospects, manage a robust sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaboration with the marketing team on lead generation and promotional campaigns is also a key aspect of this role. You will prepare compelling proposals and presentations, represent the brand at networking events and exhibitions, and contribute to a fast-growing company in the flexible workspace industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge or interest in coworking spaces, startups, or the flexible work ecosystem is a plus
