The Academic Program Manager - Primary Education role is a critical position that demands exceptional leadership, curriculum planning, and administrative expertise to create a structured and supportive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development & Implementation:
    • Develop and manage comprehensive academic support programs for students.
    • Prepare and maintain subject coordination plans, including lesson planning, assessments, and updates to instructional methodologies.
    • Coordinate with teachers to develop effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
    • Assist in training module development and professional development programs for teachers.
    • Evaluate student performance by reviewing notebooks, class work, homework, diaries, and assessments.
    • Maintain accurate examination records and oversee scheduling and organization of exams.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage all documentation, including lesson plans, assessments, and official records.
    • Maintain daily diaries and attendance registers for classes and teachers.
    • Create and oversee master timetables, teachers' schedules, free periods, and class timetables.
    • Ensure timely distribution of official circulars, exam timetables, reminders, and school notices.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Maintain open communication channels through phone calls, text messages, videos, and social media platforms.
    • Act as a liaison between teachers, students, parents, and school leadership to ensure academic and administrative harmony.
  • English Language Coordination:
    • Teach English Language to primary students using innovative teaching methods.
    • Develop and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication to foster a collaborative learning environment and drive academic excellence.
