Creative Apparel Stylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Fashion Designer to spearhead our design department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional creativity, and excellent communication skills.

• Design and Development:
• Create cutting-edge textile and apparel designs that align with brand identity and customer preferences.
• Develop creative solutions for safety wear, workwear, and fashion categories.
• Stay up-to-date with seasonal fashion trends, customer needs, and market insights to inform product designs.
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, CADs, and tech packs for sample development.
• Research and Trend Forecasting:
• Conduct thorough market research, study fashion forecasts, and analyze competitor activity.
• Recommend fabrics, colors, trims, and accessories aligned with industry trends.
• Stay informed about innovations in textiles, sustainability, and apparel design.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure cost-effective product development.
• Coordinate with suppliers for fabric and trims sourcing.
• Collaborate with QC/IE teams to ensure feasibility, fit, and functionality of designs.
• Sustainability and Innovation:
• Incorporate sustainable materials and processes into designs where possible.
• Explore innovative product designs to support brand differentiation.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and apparel manufacturing processes.

Creativity with a commercial mindset and customer orientation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
