Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and be proficient in problem-solving, analytical skills, and troubleshooting.

About the Role

  • The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing previous day's reports based on maintenance and production log books, conducting condition monitoring of mechanical equipment, and creating computer-based documentation.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for documenting related reporting schedules, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, and participating in internal auditing.
  • In addition, the Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator will facilitate daily technical discussions and job planning, attend maintenance progress meetings, and perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze maintenance and production log books to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular condition monitoring of mechanical equipment using checklists and report any concerns to the Head of Department.
  • Create and maintain accurate computer-based documentation and related reporting schedules.
  • Evaluate documentation against ISO 9001:2008 standards and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
