Job Title: Maintenance Operations Coordinator

The position of Maintenance Operations Coordinator is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of asset maintenance work-orders. This involves executing and completing tasks in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records and files, including tracking asset services and spares, coordinating procurement and inventory with other departments, and preparing purchase requisitions using computerized software.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining office filing systems, entering, editing, and retrieving data related to expenditures, employee timesheets, deposit forms, courier logs, cost reports, purchase requisitions, and supply orders.
  2. Producing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting agendas; preparing pamphlets, manuals, and proofreading documents for accuracy.
  3. Handling communication by answering and routing calls, providing information regarding policies and procedures, and coordinating meetings and materials.
  4. Organizing meetings and events, managing inventory of office supplies, and operating office equipment.
  5. Reviewing and maintaining inventory of spare parts and consumables, preparing purchase requests, and maintaining related records.
  6. Maintaining records of goods receiving, payment releases, and contract documents, and following up with relevant departments.
  7. Assisting in preparing monthly utility bills for the Power Plant and performing any other duties assigned by supervisors.
