About the Position:

This role involves providing administrative support to our team, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation. The successful candidate will be highly organized and proactive in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Support: Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Handle staff inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incidents observed and report them to management. Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
  • Security and Maintenance: Regularly monitor CCTV footage from all locations. Ensure security systems are functioning correctly and report any issues.
  • Payroll and Employee Management: Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
  • Email and Communication Management: Monitor and respond to company emails and other forms of communication.

The candidate will utilize their organizational skills to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and provide strong support to internal and external clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
