Office Manager Vacancy in Faisalabad, Pakistan

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Faisalabad. This individual will handle various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have experience as an office manager and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the office schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks
  2. Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging resources and materials
  3. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  4. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  5. Oversee the work of administrative staff
  6. Assist with budget management
  7. Generate reports, memos, and presentations as needed
  8. Communicate with clients and partners as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles

Salary: $1400

Location: Faisalabad (local candidates preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
