Technical Service Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Service Lead.

  • This role involves providing technical leadership and ongoing support for complex technologies and services to ensure their resiliency.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running Internal Change Review to ensure best change practices are in place, following Mandatory Change Requirements, and managing ITIL Service operation processes including event management, incident management, problem management, and upgrades coordination.
  • A key aspect of this role is driving automation initiatives, acting as a liaison between teams, management, IT service owners, and developers.
  • The ideal candidate will find solutions to improve daily operations, address bottlenecks using best problem management practices, and act as service recovery manager in case of service degradation following major system or software failures.
  • This position also involves providing training to ensure smooth knowledge transfer of services, training team members and development teams, and maintaining service documentation.
  • The Technical Service Lead will ensure daily global production service quality, manage problem and recovery processes, and maintain platform availability. They will facilitate changes, identify, acknowledge, and prevent risks.
  • Apart from implementing standard processes across IT systems and teams, the successful candidate will act as an escalation point for resolving technical issues and help determine requirements for new services introduced into production.
  • They will understand and promote compliance initiatives across services and collaborate with globally located cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products.
