We are seeking an expert to join our team as a Senior Systems Analyst. This is a challenging role that involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced business solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

  1. Design and develop high-performance TM1 solutions following industry standards. This includes writing efficient, well-documented code for TM1 rules and Turbo Integrator processes.
  2. Develop business requirement specifications, estimate project effort levels, and coordinate system tests to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  3. Work with large data sets using SQL, understanding complex data structures and writing optimized queries.
  4. Have experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Databricks.
  5. Familiarity with client reporting and dashboard tools like Tableau, PA Web, and PAFE.
  6. Understand ETL processes and data manipulation techniques.
  7. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and making informed decisions.
  8. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system performance and reliability.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant IT work experience with a Bachelor's degree or
  • 5+ years of relevant IT work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing, modeling, and developing enterprise performance management applications using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
  • Leadership experience in TM1 application development, including TI scripting, MDX, rules, feeders, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to evaluate and develop cost-effective systems that meet user requirements.
  • Experience in testing phases: unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with global and data teams.
  • Functional knowledge of finance budgeting and forecasting.
  • Cloud technology expertise including AWS and Databricks.
  • Agile methodologies and JIRA proficiency.
  • Python development skills following industry standards.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in information science, computer science, business, or equivalent work experience.

  • Business analysis and requirements gathering to identify business needs.
  • Implementation and testing of TM1 applications to ensure quality and performance.
  • Liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
