Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot existing fiber optic and copper infrastructure, as well as communications and data network equipment.
  • Maintenance and support of network equipment from leading manufacturers.
  • Monitor broadband network and system performance to identify and resolve problems.
  • Assist in the installation of telecommunications systems and related hardware and data equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance and problem resolution to customers through a ticketing system or emails.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate-level knowledge and experience of IP networking.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer/keyboard skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new software applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities occurring simultaneously in multiple systems.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
