Job Overview

This role involves client onboarding and processing various transactions including free trials, new sales, renewals, cancellations, and suspensions in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will work closely with commercial teams to understand client requirements and configure entitlements and capabilities to suit client needs. This is critical to client experience, servicing, and relationships which impact annual contract value (ACV).

Daily Challenges:

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to configure client accounts based on contracts signed.
  • Process multiple entitlements processes, including turning on/off client access and performing necessary checks.
  • Adapt to internal systems and applications.

Fulfillment Role Responsibilities:

  1. Closely work with frontline commercial teams to enable product and service access for clients.
  2. Perform root cause analysis for client access issues and implement preventive solutions.
  3. Exposure to different products, services, and data delivered to clients via various delivery platforms.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills to effectively resolve cases.
  • Ability to work well in a team with strong learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Diagnostic mindset to assist stakeholders including frontline Commercial teams and Product Managers/Owners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
