Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Islamabad. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. Daily tasks include developing and documenting business models, communicating with stakeholders to gather and analyze needs, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Expertise in Business Process and Business Requirements gathering
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
