
Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth through strategic development, effective sales management, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:Business Development
The incumbent will lead the business development process by identifying potential opportunities in targeted markets. They will provide direction to the Business Development team and collaborate with dealers to create alliances and promote the company's products.
This includes:
- Establishing relationships with dealers and negotiating contracts;
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales turnover;
- Maintaining close coordination with the Executive Director to support their acquisition of new businesses.
The Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the collection and recovery process of delinquent accounts. This includes:
- Creating a detailed plan for collections and recoveries;
- Managing relationships with collection agencies and attorneys;
- Preparing weekly recovery plans and maintaining an optimal credit risk level.
The incumbent will coordinate with various departments, including:
- HR Department for human resource development, training, and implementation of HR policies;
- After Sales and Customer Care Department;
- Central Sales Department for dealer orders and updates;
- Accounts and Finance Departments for smooth transaction of cash flow and recoveries.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies;
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
