Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating systems, platforms, databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the efficiency of our IT infrastructure through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Install and configure software and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues and bug fixes.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, platforms, databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and resourcefulness.
- Core Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm US Pacific Time.
- On Call: As we deal in infrastructure business, needs to be available on call after core hours as well on an as necessary basis.
This challenging role will require someone who can jump in independently on new projects and communicate clearly with our distributed team.
