IT Manager - Technology Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role within an IT department.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
