About the Role

Get Licensed is seeking a skilled E-learning Experience Designer to create engaging and effective e-learning experiences. This role will involve translating subject matter expert scripts into structured, interactive e-learning modules using instructional design methodologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer and learner engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create e-learning modules that meet business goals and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Storyboard learning experiences, including visuals, narration, activities, and assessments.
  • Integrate video, graphics, animations, and interactive elements into the course.
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG, closed captions, screen-reader compatibility) are met.
  • Adapt content for various formats (SCORM/xAPI for LMS, microlearning, mobile-friendly learning).

Requirements
  • Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning course development.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and learning technologies.
  • Ability to storyboard, script learning interactions, and create assessments.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and publishing standards (SCORM, xAPI).
