  • Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source qualified Market Research Analysts for active projects
  • Guide candidates through onboarding and initial training
  • Ensure new hires understand their responsibilities and meet early performance expectations
  • Monitor initial results and coordinate with the internal team to maintain quality
  • Keep accurate records of candidates, progress, and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in recruitment, preferably in sales, outreach, or research-driven roles. A strong ability to assess communication skills and productivity potential is also essential.
