Senior Administrator
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle deadlines, emails, and other correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate property viewings, communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as required.
- Conduct research and gather market data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UK estate agency industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
