As an Acquisition and Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition and asset management functions of our real estate investment firm.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to identify potential real estate investment opportunities and monitor market trends.
  2. Perform financial analysis, including financial modeling and pro forma analysis, to evaluate potential investment opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including reviewing financial statements, property information, and legal documents.
  4. Manage assets after acquisition, including monitoring property performance, preparing financial reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  5. Prepare regular reports to senior management, investors, and lenders on the performance of assets, investment strategies, and other relevant information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or related fields.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and experience with financial modeling software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitive factors.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with:

  • Proficiency in English (ideal: professional level).
  • US Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst experience for at least two years (or equivalent experience in other Western countries like Canada, UK, etc.).
  • US Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager experience for at least two years (or equivalent experience).
  • Understanding of Rent Roll and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Ability to create financial models.
