Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Director to lead our software development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Framework development, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.

As a Senior Technical Director, you will be responsible for defining the overall technical architecture for applications, developing high-level product specifications, and providing technical expertise and recommendations.

You will also be responsible for analyzing and modifying systems as needed, testing, debugging, and installing application systems, investigating and resolving application functionality related issues, creating technical procedures and documentation, and applying excellent analysis skills and developing processes and methodologies.

In addition, you will provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers, evaluate software quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, and other critical factors, and approve final products before launch.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and excellent written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.

Able to meet project timelines and must be a team player and self-starter.
