Job Title: Evening Human Resource Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations during evening shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  1. To manage the day-to-day activities of the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and other key areas.
  2. To develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
  3. To analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and optimize processes.
  4. To foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  5. To stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
